I am really confused about my ongoing health issues and looking for some guidance on what are natural antibiotics. A few months ago, I started feeling like total crap. I had this nagging sinus infection, and it just wouldn’t go away! My doc prescribed antibiotics, and while I felt a bit better, I noticed I had some crazy side effects — like upset stomach and fatigue that just wouldn't quit. After researching, I found that many people are talking about what are natural antibiotics and I got intrigued. I’ve tried a few things like garlic and honey, and I’ve read about oregano oil but nothing seems to help completely. Plus, my friend mentioned some herbs but I can’t even remember which ones she said! I am often skeptical if natural remedies really work, but I’m desperate. I don’t want to keep relying on those prescription antibiotics if there’s a way to heal more naturally and avoid those harsh side effects. Are there any specific foods or herbs that you guys would recommend? Also, how do I even incorporate them into my daily routine efficiently?!
