I am struggling with this feeling of heaviness and sluggishness. I’ve noticed it’s gotten worse lately, and honestly, I can’t shake this foggy head. My digestion seems off too, like my stomach feels bloated most of the time. I looked into why I might be feeling like this and found something about how to cure kapha dosha. Like, all these symptoms seem to match up with excess kapha—heavy limbs, fatigue, even some coldness in my hands and feet. I’ve tried changing my diet, eating more spicy foods and even avoiding dairy, but nothing really seems to work. I live in a pretty humid area, which I feel just makes things worse.
