I am dealing with high triglycerides, and it's really frustrating. About a year ago, I had a blood test, and they came back way higher than what they should be. I tried adjusting my diet, cutting back on the sugary things, but the numbers still aren't budging. My doctor mentioned that I should probably consider medication soon, but I really want to look into more natural ways first, you know? I stumbled upon Ayurveda recently, and now I'm wondering how to reduce triglycerides ayurveda style. I read something about using specific herbs and changing your lifestyle to balance doshas or whatever, but honestly, I’m overwhelmed. Do certain foods really help? Like, I've always heard about ghee being good for you, but I'm not sure how much to use or if it can actually help with triglycerides. And what about spices like turmeric or cumin? Are there other things I could be doing? Meditation maybe? Basically, I want to know how to reduce triglycerides ayurveda; I’d love any tips or personal experiences you all have had! Even if it sounds a bit out there, I'm open to trying anything before going the medication route. Thanks!
