Apply this paste onto the affected areas, leave it for about 15-20 minutes, and wash off with lukewarm water gently. Use this remedy two to three times a week for optimal benefits.

Incorporating curd into your skin routine can help with its natural lactic acid, which acts as an exfoliant. It helps remove dead skin cells and can lighten pigmentation over time. You can apply plain, fresh curd directly to your face and leave it on for 20 minutes before rinsing. Performing this routine once daily or every other day can enhance skin texture.

Consider that pimples and related pigmentation may indicate deeper internal imbalances, such as diet-related issues or stress. Eating cooling foods such as cucumber, and watermelon while avoiding excessively spicy or fried items can help manage Pitta.
