I am 7 months pregnant and have been trying to eat healthy, you know, to keep my energy up and help the baby grow. Recently, I read somewhere that amla is good in pregnancy, but I’m worried about how it might affect me or my baby. Over the past few weeks, I've been feeling super tired and just not myself, and I thought maybe adding some amla into my diet would help boost my immune system or provide some extra vitamins. But, I’m also hearing mixed things online... like, some say it’s great, while others warn against it! I mean, is amla good in pregnancy really? I don't want to risk anything. I've heard about its antioxidant properties and that it can be good for digestion which I’ve been struggling with, but is it safe to consume? Do I have to limit how much I take, or is it okay just to have like a bit everyday? Just feels confusing, ya know? Any advice from you Ayurvedic experts would be super helpful, especially if any of you have experience with this. Thanks a ton!
