Generalized body pain can stem from various origins, especially in the context of your medical history with hysterectomy and chemotherapy. Ayurveda considers pain as a Vata imbalance often, can be exaggerated by dryness, irregular routines, anxiety, and stress.

First, manage your Vata by keeping a regular daily routine. Wake up and go to sleep at the same time every day. This, aids in stabilizing Vata. Incorporate warm, nourishing foods like soups, stews, and cooked grains such as rice and quinoa into your diet. Avoid cold, dry, and raw foods as much as possible. Gingelly oil or sesame oil abhyanga (self-massage) before bathing can help pacify Vata and relieve pain. Apply warm oil, gently massaging towards heart for 15 minutes 2-3 times a week.

Physical yoga practice can also be beneficial for sciatica and body pain. Specific asanas like Makarasana and Bhujangasana might be of help, but given your medical history, do consult with a yoga therapist with experience for personalized guidance. Pranayama (breathing exercises) like Anulom Vilom could help improve the oxygen flow and calm the nervous system.

Herbs such as ashwagandha and turmeric can be useful as well. Ashwagandha helps strengthen muscles while turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties. A simple drink: mix half teaspoon turmeric and a pinch of black pepper in a glass of warm milk or almond milk, consume in evenings.

Additionally, ensure your digestion is healthy, as it affects overall health. A glass of warm water gives a good start to the day and enhances digestive fire (Agni). You might consider Trikatu choorna to increase digestion if you face any sluggishness; however, ensure this is suitable for you.

Note: Your medical history necessitates ongoing regular follow-ups with an allopathic doctor or oncologist. Purue treatment that aligns safety, and integrates supportive, complementary Ayurvedic approaches where appropriate.
