I am really struggling with this awful acidity issue. It’s like, no matter what I eat, I end up feeling this terrible burning sensation in my chest. I was chatting with a friend and they mentioned that amla might help with acidity. This got me wondering, is amla good for acidity?? I’ve read some stuff online, but it’s all a bit confusing honestly. Last week, I had this big family dinner and, of course, overdid it on the spicy food. By the time dessert came around, my stomach was a battleground. I couldn't even enjoy the sweets I love! I tried a few antacids, but they didn’t really work for me, like, at all. I heard that amla is known for its cooling properties, which sounds nice. But I also saw some posts where people said it might not be the best choice for everyone? Like, does it work immediately or do I need to take it for a while? I wanna know how to incorporate it into my daily routine — fresh amla, powder, juice?
