मेरी उम्र 24 वर्ष है।किंतु मेरा वजन केवल 40 किलो है। हाइट 5 फुट 2 इंच । Body type - petite।पीरियड्स के दौरान काफी दर्द होता है। पहले दो दिन टेबलेट खानी पड़ती है दर्द की। पीरियड्स एक हफ्ते तक चलते हैं। पीरियड्स कभी भी टाइम से नहीं होते कभी भी नहीं। इसके अलावा जब पीरियड्स खत्म हो जाते हैं तब बदबूदार व्हाइट वेजाइनल डिसचार्ज होता रहता है।भूख सिर्फ सुबह उठने के 1 घंटे बाद तेज लगती है उसके बाद नहीं लगती या नाममात्र लगती है।पेट और पीठ में यूं ही कभी कभी दर्द होने लगता है। पीठ के निचले वाले हिस्से में कमर के आसपास अधिकतर । इसके अलावा मुझे चश्मा भी लगा हुआ है और दिन पर दिन निगाह भी कमजोर होती जा रही है इस समय एक आंख का नंबर 2.5 है और दूसरी का 2।

4. भूख और पाचन सुधारने के लिए: प्रतिदिन दोपहर का भोजन समय पर लेने की कोशिश करें और त्रिफला चूर्ण रात को सोते समय गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें। अदरक का टुकड़ा चबाना और नींबू जल पीना भी पाचन में सहायक होता है।

5. आँखों की समस्या के लिए: त्रिफला का पानी आँखों पर लगाने और आँखों का व्यायाम रोज़ करें। आँखों के लिए आंवला का सेवन अत्यन्त लाभकारी होता है।

Thank you so much Doctor.I appreciate it.As I am trying to eat daily products ( like milk,paneer etc) but am unable to eat or drink because it felt like vomiting . Could you suggest something for this, it will really helpful.
