Include cooked vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats like ghee in your diet.
Fibroids may be aggravated by imbalanced pitta and vata doshas, incorporating aloe vera juice and turmeric in your daily routine can be beneficial. It’s also essential to avoid processed foods and focus on a diet rich in fresh vegetables and fruits to help reduce inflammation.
For prediabetes, focus on improving insulin sensitivity by consuming bitter gourd, fenugreek seeds, and cinnamon. Avoid sugary foods and focus on high-fiber foods such as whole grains.
Fatty liver and modic changes require attention to agni (digestive fire) and liver function. Regular intake of triphala and turmeric may support liver health.
