Namaste. Autoimmune conditions like IgG4-related diseases and lymph node enlargement suggest Vata-Pitta imbalance, tissue inflammation (Dhatu Kshaya), and immune dysfunction. Ayurvedic Management: Internal Remedies: Ashwagandha Churna: 1 tsp with warm milk at night to strengthen immunity and balance Vata. Guduchi (Giloy) Satva: 500 mg twice daily for immune modulation and inflammation reduction. Triphala Kwath: 20 ml twice daily to cleanse and detoxify. Diet (Ahara): Follow a sattvic, nourishing diet including moong dal, ghee, fresh vegetables, and turmeric. Avoid spicy, sour, and heavy foods. Drink warm water with a pinch of turmeric and ginger to reduce inflammation. Lifestyle (Vihara): Practice Pranayama (Anulom-Vilom) and meditation to balance doshas and reduce stress. Avoid exposure to dust and pollutants to prevent lung complications. Panchakarma Therapy: Virechana (Purgation therapy) to eliminate Pitta toxins. Consult a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized detoxification.

Hmm, I see you're dealing with quite a bit here, and it seems like the situation is quite complex with the lymph nodes and autoimmune issues. Let's talk about possible Ayurvedic approaches that can be supportive, but remember, this is in addition to - not instead of - your conventional medical treatment. In Ayurveda, autoimmunity often points to imbalances in all three doshas, with a particular focus on vata and pitta imbalance. First, the aim would be to strengthen your agni, or digestive fire, which helps in the proper assimilation and elimination in your body. You could start with a simple routine - sipping warm water through the day with a pinch of ginger powder. It might improve agni and supports the lymphatic system. Next, considering herbs like Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) might be useful since it’s traditionally used for its immune-modulating properties. Taking Guduchi in the form of tablets, under a qualified practitioner's guidance, could aid in managing systemic inflammation. Diet plays a crucial role too; try sticking to a sattvic diet - fresh, warm, and lightly spiced foods. Avoid processed, fried, and excessively spicy items, as this can aggravate pitta and vata further. Also, adding turmeric and black pepper to your meals can assist in reducing inflammation. However, with the lungs involved, pranayama or breathing exercises could be beneficial. Easy practices like Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) might help create internal balance, assist in oxygenation, and improve vitality. Lastly, dealing with stress is vital – perhaps through meditation or yoga, which could help keep doshas in balance and manage immune responses better. Stay connected with your healthcare team and keep a holistic approach. Ayurveda can complement but shouldn't replace your medical treatment; it's all about balance. Stay gentle with yourself while managing this.
