Ayurveda mein, "bad ka paed" (walnut) ko main diet mein include karne se overall health barhne ko promote kiya jata hai, but saying it will normalize periods 100% might be a stretch. Ayurveda mein, periods ko regulate karne ke liye, hamesha individual prakriti aur dosha imbalance ka dhyan rakhna padta hai.
Ab egg formation par aate hain. Dietary habits aur lifestyle mein jo changes hote hain, unke saath saath herbal formulations ka role hota hai. Normal cycles ke liye, diet mein jinn cheezo ka include hona zaroori hai unme fiber-rich foods, iron, and some ayurvedic herbs like Ashoka and Shatavari sambhandat hain. Ye jagah pe, ghee aur sesame seeds ko bhi occasionally use kar sakte ho for balancing vata dosha, especially agar cycle irregular hai.
Egg production ka concern agar hain, toh specific conditions ki wajah se bhi ho sakta hai, jaise PCOS ya hormonal imbalance. Is samasya ke liye kisi expert ka sahara lena zaruri hai. Din mein proper hydration and enough physical activity kayam rakhna bhi shehat ko enhance kar sakta hai. Get a good sleep routine going, log 7-8 hours if possibl.
