-You have Crohn’s disease with left-sided ulcers, severe constipation with mucus, bloating, and relief after passing stools. Symptoms are triggered by stress and have lasted >6 months. This suggests active inflammation and possible bowel narrowing (stricture). Urgent gastroenterology review is needed, especially due to extreme constipation. -Chronic constipation with Crohn’s disease features Dosha: Vata-Pitta imbalance Herbal Medicines / Formulations: 1)Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp after meals with warm water (digestive support, mild laxative, reduces Pitta) 2)Isabgol (Psyllium husk) – 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water (softens stools, relieves constipation) 3)Hingvashtak Churna – 1 tsp before meals (reduces bloating and gas, supports digestion) -Diet & Lifestyle Advice: Prefer warm, cooked, soft foods like khichdi, moong dal, cooked vegetables, and ghee. Avoid spicy, fried, processed foods and raw salads if bloating worsens. Drink warm water throughout the day. Gentle exercise, yoga, and stress management. -Panchakarma / Optional Procedures: Basti (medicated enema) for Vata-predominant constipation Abhyanga + Swedana (oil massage + mild fomentation) to reduce Vata and bloating -Follow-up: Every 2–3 weeks to monitor bowel movement, pain, and mucus
