Doctors' responses
-Your symptoms are chronic, worsening, and affecting digestion of simple foods, which suggests functional gut disorder, dysbiosis, or SIBO. Conventional and Ayurvedic remedies alone haven’t helped because the underlying microbiome, enzyme, or motility issues need to be addressed. -Deepana-Pachana 1)Trikatu Churna – 1 tsp with warm water before meals, 2–3 times/day 2)Himalayan or rock salt – small pinch in warm water before meals if no high BP 2. Anulomana -Haritaki Churna – 5 g at night with warm water/milk (if Pitta is high, reduce to 2 g) Or Triphala Churna – 1 tsp with warm water at night 3. Amlapitta / Heartburn Support -Amlapitta Mishran – 1 tsp twice daily after meals -Shankh Bhasma + Jahar Mohra Pishti – 125 mg twice daily with water (optional, for stubborn acidity) 4.
