For example, I’ve read that ghee, nuts, and milk are good for enhancing ojas power, but are there other foods or practices I should consider? Does yoga or meditation also contribute to building ojas power? If you have tips for improving ojas power, I’d love to hear them. How long does it take to notice a difference once you start focusing on it? Are there any signs to know if your ojas power is low or improving?
