आज सेएक माह पहले मुझे सिर में दाहिनी तरह अजीब सी अनुभूति होना शुरू हुई थी जो कभी कभी चेहरे पर भी होती थी मैंने न्यूरो एवं हार्ट के डॉक्टर को दिखाया तथा उनके कहने पर ब्लड, हार्ट एवं MRI की जाँच करवाई और सब सामानय आया। डॉक्टरने 10 दिन ECOSPRIN 150/20 सिर्फ एक टेबलेट रात को चलाई। अब मुझे ऑफिस में या कहीं भी तनाव की स्थिति में अजीब मानसिक कमजोरी/अनुभूति होने लगती है तथा रात में अत्यधिक सोच विचार चलता है। छोटी छोटी बातें अधिक चिंता पैदा कर देती है। मुझे सिर की नसों की कमजोरी समझ में आती है कृपया दवाई /सलाह देने की कृपा करें।

to reduce anxiety you must do yoga and pranayam, regularely some medications…i.e 1.ashwagandha vati 1-1 after meal with milk twice a day 2.brahmi vati 1-1 after meal twice a day 3.saraswatarishta 4 tsp=4tsp water twice a day after meal
make proper sleep habit add salad in dinner
