Body inflammation is very in my whole body want to loose wait atleast 20kg but nothing give me any results for 6 six year I have tried everything fasting ,medication, gim auovaid everything. I want to concieve also age 35 due to late marriage I want to concieve as soon as possible can u suggest according to fulfill all my queries

For weight reduction: Start with Giloy ghanvati 1-0-1 after food with water, will help reduce inflammation. Medohar guggul 2-0-2 after food with warm water help reduce fat cells. Triphala juice 20 ml at bedtime with warm water, will help in weight reduction by cleansing your intestines. Drink warm water through out the day Skip one meal either breakfast or lunch and dinner have early and light consisting of soup salad vegetable. Include fresh green vegetables semi cooked or sauted in your diet daily. Do pranayam lom -vilom kapalbhatti bhastrika bhamri 5-10mins twice daily. For conceiving Take Tablet M2TONE 1-0-1 after food with water will help balance your hormones Phalgrith 2tsp twice before food with warm milk.
