I am firoz... I am trouble 5to6 month lipoma please give me some medicine provide and reduce the lipoma

–In Ayurveda, lipoma is called medoja granthi.
It happens due to imbalance of Kapha Dosha and meda dhatu, leading to fat accumulation under the skin.
–Internal Medicines
1)Kanchanar Guggulu Kerala Ayurveda
2 tablets twice daily after food with warm water
2)Triphala Tablets Kerala Ayurveda
2 tablets at bedtime with warm water
– External Application
Dhanwantharam Thailam Kerala Ayurveda
Local gentle massage over swelling, 1–2 times daily
– Pathya (Diet & Lifestyle)
Avoid oily, fried, heavy food
Reduce sugar & dairy
Take light, warm diet
Daily exercise / walking

Monitor size monthly
