My amh is 0.01. still there are chances to conceive naturally? please guide

Yes take it medicines 4 5 months continuous to get better results.

It is completely understandable that you feel anxious. Dealing with the combination of low AMH, irregular cycles, and sudden weight changes can feel like your body is giving you mixed signals. In Ayurveda, this is viewed as a Vata-Kapha imbalance affecting the Artava Vaha Srotas (the channels of the female reproductive system). The low AMH suggests a depletion of Ojas and Dhatu (deep tissue nourishment), while the weight gain and irregular spotting suggest “Ama” (toxins) and “Srotas Avarodha” (blockage in the channels). Can You Still Conceive? Yes, it is possible. Ayurveda emphasizes that the “quality” of the seed (ovum) and the “fertility of the soil” (the uterine lining/environment) are more important than just the “quantity” (AMH). By balancing your hormones and clearing the blockages indicated by your spotting and weight gain, you can improve the environment for conception. Best Ayurvedic Solutions (Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy) To address the spotting, low AMH, and weight gain simultaneously, a “Cleansing followed by Nourishing” approach is best. 1. Sukumaram Kwath (Tablet or Liquid) This is the “gold standard” for hormonal regulation and uterine health. It helps clear the Avarodha (blockage) causing the weight gain and spotting, while toning the ovaries. Dose: 15 ml with 45 ml lukewarm water (or 2 tablets) twice daily, 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner. 2. Kalyanaka Ghritam (Medicated Ghee) Since AMH is low, we need to nourish the Majja Dhatu (bone marrow/nervous system) which Ayurveda links to reproductive health. This ghee is a powerful “Rasayana” for fertility. Dose: 1 teaspoon with warm water on an empty stomach early in the morning. 3. Dhanwantharam Gulika This helps regulate the downward flow of Apana Vata, which is currently “disturbed,” leading to that mid-cycle spotting. Dose: 1 tablet twice daily after food, crushed and mixed with a little cumin water. Addressing the Weight Gain & Spotting The weight gain around the stomach and thighs usually indicates a Kapha accumulation that interferes with insulin and hormonal signaling. Dashamoolaarishtam: Take 20 ml with equal water after lunch. It helps in postpartum-like recovery and strengthens the reproductive system while managing “Vata.” Lifestyle: Since the weight gain is recent, try to include 30 minutes of Yogasanas specifically for the pelvic floor, such as Badha Konasana (Butterfly Pose) and Viparita Karani (Legs up the wall). This improves blood flow to the ovaries. Action Plan for Your Cycle To Stop the Current Spotting: Drink a tea made of Ashoka bark or Lodhra (if available) or simply boiled Coriander seed water. This helps “bind” the blood flow without causing a hormonal crash. Diet: Avoid “Abhishyandi” foods (those that block channels) like heavy dairy, refined flour (Maida), and excess sweets. Switch to warm, cooked, easy-to-digest meals. Stress Management: High cortisol (stress) is a “Pitta” aggregator that can further lower the quality of your eggs. Since you mentioned being anxious, practicing 10 minutes of Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) daily is vital.

I also feel bloating, constipation and gut issues. Should I start taking zeera/fennel seeds water in the morning? Is it good if I’m trying to conceive. I also want to boost up my metabolism to loose some weight. I have gained lot of weight due to hormonal imbalance. I take soaked anjeer, walnuts, almond, fennel seeds water+ soaked raisins on empty stomach in the morning.

Generally bloating, constipation etc. Gut issues occurs due to poor digestion. I will suggest to stop jeera water. Instead of it, take Water boiled with 1 pinch sunthi (dry ginger powder) with half spoon of dry coriander (dhaniya) seeds in almost 2 Litres of water. Boil it for 5 minutes and filter it with cloth. Then have whenever you feel thirsty in a day. You can Make same water multiple times a day if you need more. It helps to treat your gut issue as well as helps to reduce weight by digesting Aam (semi digested food in gut). And stop eating sockaed dry fruits daily. You can take it twice or thrice a week. Not required for daily.

I take soaked dry fruits to improve egg quality. Should I stop taking it?

No, spotting that lasts from March 17 until today is not considered normal. Even without pain or cramps, prolonged bleeding can lead to anemia and indicates that your uterine lining is not shedding properly. You need a personal consultation for this. With your USG, CBC reports and other investigations we can rule out the cause of your spotting.

You do not necessarily need to stop taking them. Soaked almonds and walnuts are excellent sources of healthy fats, Vitamin E, and antioxidants, which are generally supportive of egg quality. It can help but don’t use it in over amount. And don’t take stress. Anxiety can actually worsen hormonal imbalances by increasing cortisol. Whether it’s a 10-minute walk or breathing exercises, finding a way to lower your “fight or flight” response is a practical part of fertility care.

How about acidity? I feel so acidity and breathlessness. I am taking probiotic and triphala tablets to improve digestion. Somedays, I take antacid empty stomach in the morning. What can I do to release acidity and feel better.

Take avipathi choornam - 1 tea spoon with normal water for your acidity. Avoid spicy, sour and heavy meal. Take a food on time. Only if you feel hungry. Don’t take anything on full stomach or without digestion of your previous food. Take food which are light and easy to digest.

Yes, you can still conceive, but your body needs proper cycle correction and ovulation support first. Low AMH means ovarian reserve is less, but pregnancy is still possible with the right approach. Right now your main issue is hormonal imbalance with irregular ovulation, which is causing spotting, long bleeding and weight gain. First focus on cycle regulation. Avoid stress and overthinking, as it directly affects hormones. Sleep by 10–10:30 pm and maintain a fixed routine. Your diet should be light but nourishing. Avoid sugar, bakery items, excess dairy, and fried food. Reduce weight slowly, especially abdominal fat. Include warm food, vegetables, whole grains, and good protein. Do not skip meals. Daily exercise is important, at least 30–40 minutes walking or yoga. This helps improve ovulation. Avoid intercourse during continuous spotting. Once cycle stabilizes, plan intercourse around mid-cycle. Medicines: Kanchanar guggulu 2 tablets twice daily after food. Ashokarishta 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food. Shatavari churna 3 grams twice daily with milk. Phalghrit 1 tsp in morning on empty stomach with warm milk. These help regulate hormones, improve uterine health and support ovulation. Continue for at least 2–3 months and track your cycle. Important: If spotting continues continuously or cycles don’t regularize, hormonal tests (TSH, prolactin, AMH review) and scan are needed. Simple understanding: Once periods become regular and ovulation improves, chances of conception increase. For proper ovulation tracking and personalised fertility plan, you can consult me.
