I'm a sikh so we are not allowed to cut out hair I've always had thin hair soo basically the back of my skull has more hair thn my front and my hair are really long and easily get oily within 1-2 days of using shampoo... I've tried so many shampoos but still my scalp easily gets oily soo I want my hair to be thick in front as well and to have a non oily scalp... overall it's fine it doesn't break a lot... usually depends on season usually in monsoon and winter hairfall is lot

Take amalaki rasayan 1-0-1 after food with water Ashwagandha churan 0-0-1tsp at bedtime with water Lightly massage your scalp twice weekly with amla oil, and wash with mild herbal shampoo after 2 hrs. Donot wash your hair daily with shampoo, just wash with clean water and wipe with clean towel. Do pranayam. Include seasonal fruits and seasonal vegetables in your diet daily.
