I am really worried about my hair fall situation right now. Just recently, I noticed clumps of hair on my pillow and in the shower every morning. I’ve tried so many shampoos, but nothing seems to help. My friend suggested that I look into Ayurveda, and I'm not sure where to start. Like, can you guys share how to control hair fall at home; I could really use some practical advice! Last week I even went to this Ayurvedic shop and got some oils, but since I haven't seen much improvement, I feel like I might be using them wrong. I don’t wanna waste time and money on the wrong treatments. Dr. Google keeps saying different things... one page says stress is a factor, another says diet is crucial, and I’m pretty confused honestly. I eat healthy-ish, but maybe not enough of the right things? I guess I’m looking for simple remedies or dietary tips on how to control hair fall at home that are actually easy to do? Have any of you tried something that actually worked? I heard about certain herbs but don't know how to incorporate them into my routine. Any suggestions would be awesome... I'm just feelin a bit hopeless here!
