I am really struggling with my hair lately, and I feel like I’ve tried everything. My hair was once thick and flowing, but now it’s thinning out more than I’d like to admit. Also, I’ve been stressed with work stuff; could that be impacting my hair? My friend suggested a Ayurvedic treatment and said something about how to make your hair strong using herbal remedies, but I have no clue where to start.
