Moringa (Shigru) powder: 1 teaspoon daily, subah ya khane ke baad, gungune pani ya doodh ke saath. —Yeh balya (strengthening) hai, lekin height par direct effect nahi hota. Proper ahar, nidra aur vyayam zaroori hai. ------Fungal infection (Dadru/Kandu type): Sharir ko sukha aur swachh rakhein Neem ka use (Neem patra snan / neem oil local application) helpful hai Katu, madhur aur snigdha ahar ka santulan rakhein, meetha aur oily cheez kam karein Kapde loose aur cotton pehnein. –OPD Style Ayurvedic Prescription – Dadru / Fungal Infection 1. Neem Capsules 1 cap BD after food × 4 weeks 2. Gandhak Rasayan 1 tab BD after food × 4 weeks 3. Kerala Ayurveda Psorakot Ointment Local application BD on affected area 4. Tab aarogyavardhini vati 1 tab bd after food —Pathya: Avoid curd, sugar, oily food; keep skin dry, use loose cotton clothes. —Follow-up: 2 weeks review.
