First, let’s talk about personalizing it. You’ve got to consider your doshas, or constitution, yes! But keep in mind there’s a bit of flexibility here. If you’re not a morning person, maybe you don’t have to wake up super early. It’s more about finding a balance that works for you and aligns as best as possible with natural rhythms. Maybe aim for waking up gradually earlier than your norm, but don’t stress yourself out!

Meal timing, oh yes, that’s a bit of a tricky area, especially with work constraints. Ayurveda suggests regular meal times, primarily to keep Agni (your digestive fire) steady.
