I am really struggling with dry skin lately and I've heard people talk about kesar oil for skin! My skin feels so tight and I've tried tons of moisturizers, but nothing seems to work. Hello The benefits of sandle wood oil is increadible. If you want to combine it with any oil you can combine it with coconut oil for dryness and 2-2 drop in each nostrils before going to bed . For spot combine it with nalpalmeradi keram and you can also put it in nostrils. Honey for face as I don’t prefer to say because some people face problem of tanning with honey. This is about it… Stay blessed 😇

For some persons due to vata prakopa they have dry skins. You can apply any vata hara oils in dry skin. I don’t know about kesar oil ( I uses kesar in biryani) Triphala tailam Mahanarayana tailam Durdurpatradi tailam will be useful You can opt for panchkarma for detoxification ( snehana and Swedna) Drink plenty of water Avoid oily spicy cold foods

If you have dry skin better to go with milk cream (upper layer of boiled milk) apply daily massage for 3-5mins then wash with warm water.

1) kumkumadi taila massage weekly 3 times leave for 10mins and wash Not with soap in night time When u r not using oil apply moisturizer Try to avoid face powder or lemon juice that will make still dry skin.

First of all stop confusion for your skin texture, changing creams so frequently,you can use - lactic calamine lotion(dry to oily ), or the other it is mild and genuine. Taking about kesar oil… i have no experience with my patients ,but it wont harm your skin. You can use -Kumkumadi tailam at night Dont use much bleech,make up etc in regular, use aloevera gel.cucumber mask etc. for good results Diet- stop eating,spicy,oily preserved food

Right now I’m working as an Ayurveda consultant at Digvijayam Clinic where I’m focusing more on individualised care. Most ppl come here with stress-related problems, digestion issues, joint pain, that kind of mix. I go by classic diagnosis principles like prakriti analysis, dosha imbalance and all, but also mix in what I learned from modern side—like understanding their lifestyle triggers, screen time, sleep cycles, food gaps n stress patterns. I don’t rush into panchakarma or heavy medicines unless it’s needed... prefer starting with simple herbs, diet change, basic daily routine correction. If things demand, then I go stepwise into Shodhan therapies. My goal is to not just “treat” but to help ppl know what’s happening in their body and why its reacting like that. That awareness kinda becomes half the cure already. Not everything is perfect. Sometimes ppl don’t follow what you say, sometimes results are slow, and yeah that gets to you. But this path feels honest. It’s slow, grounded, and meaningful.

What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.

Hospital work gave me strong base, long duty hours, different type of cases, emergencies sometimes, and learning under pressure. Clinic work is different, slower but deeper, where I sit with patients, listen more, explain things again n again, and follow them over time. In hospital I handled day to day OPD cases, routine management, and also assisted seniors when things got complicated. That phase shaped my clinical thinking a lot, even now I sometimes catch myself thinking like hospital mode when a case looks serious. Clinic practice on the other hand taught me patience. Patients come with chronic issues, expectations, doubts, sometimes fear, and I had to adjust my approach accordingly. I focus on practical treatment planning, not just diagnosis on paper. Some days I feel I should have more time with each patient, but I try to balance it. My experience across hospital and clinic helps me understand both acute care and long term disease management. I still keep learning everyday, reading, observing patterns, correcting myself when needed, because medicine never stays same for long, and neither should the doctor.
