Hii Shalini I don’t believe loading body with too many medicines when we have the better ways otherwise. Getting straight to the point, first things first

- We’ve to stop your habit of chalk eating so get yourself ‘Vanshlochan’ from market instead. It tastes the same and its medicine for your deficiency also. - Take Sitopaladi churna 1 tsp twice a day preferably with cow’s milk if not then with plain water. - Mix 1 cup normal milk with 1 cup of water and drink it as it is (don’t boil it after adding water) you can add little sweetness to it using mishri to it if you need. You can take it 2-3 times a day in the quantity you prefer

- Take Avipattikar Churna 1tsp twice a day 10-15 minutes before your meals with water.

- Tab. Saptamrita loha 1-0-1 powder it mix with little honey and ghee (both must NOT be in equal amount) and lick it empty stomach.

Now are few very much needed tips for you to keep your health in check and get the results faster: - Stop all kinda of junk, fried and spiced food - No curd or yoghurt and paneer. (You can take fresh buttermilk in noon at times) - Keep yourself hydrated - No fruitshakes - No heavy foods/sprouts etc. At night

Additional tipama for you: - Take Gond Katira if it’s available to you - Soak seeded resins (munakka) or dates (khajur) in the morning first in breakfast

Hope you get your best health faster.

The restless, burning sensation you’re experiencing in your limbs, along with the increase in skin temperature, indicates possible Pitta dosha imbalance, which tends to express itself as inflammation or heat in the body. This could be coupled with an accumulation of ama (toxins), which is known to obstruct the dhatus, increasing discomfort. Meanwhile, the consistent left side stomach pain, especially when your stomach is empty, could be related to digestive issues potentially due to the habit of consuming non-food substances like chalk, which might contribute to imbalances in your digestive fire or agni.

To address this, we need a holistic approach tackling both issues. Begin with diet; opt for cooling foods that pacify Pitta like cucumber, melons, coconut water, and green leafy vegetables. Avoid spicy, acidic, or oily foods that may worsen inflammation. Try to include more turmeric, which is warm yet anti-inflammatory, helpings soothing Pitta irritation.

Hydration is crucial; ensure you drink adequate water daily, infusing it with cooling herbs like coriander or mint. For inflammation, consider Triphala Churna - this is a gentle laxative that also detoxifies and reduces Pitta. Take approximately one teaspoon with warm water at night.

For your stomach issue, regular meal times without skipping breakfast will prevent excessive build-up of gastric acid that exacerbates pain. Try to have smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day, and include easy-to-digest foods like kichari made with rice and mung dal — simple and nourishing.

Lastly, your habit of eating chalk needs immediate attention, as it suggests a mineral deficiency, possibly iron, which correlates with your low hemoglobin levels (HB). This calls for a professional evaluation, as managing this is essential for overall health. Along with Ayurvedic measures, co-consult with a healthcare provider to address anemia seriously.

Restful night sleep is equally important, being conducive to reducing stress and restoring balance, especially to the nerves. Incorporate a calming routine such as guided meditation or gentle yoga nd deep breathing before bed to enhance relaxation and stress reduction.
