Considering the symptoms you’ve mentioned, it may relate to an imbalance in the Vata dosha, which can contribute to issues with anxiety, stress, and even physical discomforts such as headache. However, excessive Pitta can cause acidity and related symptoms, so it’s worth looking into balanced dosha management.

First, to address anxiety and stress, introduce meditation and pranayama into your routine. Practices like Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) can be calming when done daily, around 10 minutes each morning. Try to maintain consistency, but don’t be too harsh if you miss a day.

For acidity, the focus should on maintaining a balanced digestive fire, known as agni. Consume slightly warm meals and avoid cold or raw foods, which can further disturb the digestive processes. Curd and yogurt should be taken during the day, it’s generally better tolerated than in the evening.

Include herbs like Ashwagandha, known for its calming properties, and Triphala to support digestion. A teaspoon of Triphala in warm water at night can aid digestion and even calm stress. But remember, trying new herbs should be gradual and monitored, especially if you haven’t used them before.

Diet is key: reduce spicy, sour, and fermented items that aggravate pitta. Cooling foods like cucumbers, melons, and leafy greens should be included. While coconut water, taken regularly, can soothe both digestion and the mind.

An important lifestyle change could involve setting a regular sleep schedule; get to bed by 10 PM and get up around sunrise. Proper rest keeps both Vata and Pitta in balance. For immediate concerns of headache and strain, a light head massage with warm sesame oil can provide relief.

However, it’s crucial to consult with healthcare professionals if you’re experiencing ongoing or severe symptoms, as they can provide more precise guidance and rule out other medical conditions. Managing stress well and maintaining a balanced lifestyle should offer gradual improvement in your symptoms.
