Thyroid can be cured with regular diet, pranayam and yogasan You will need ayurvedic medicine initially to fast-track results. If it is too high to control fast you may need allopathy initially, parallel ayurvedic treatment. As TSH reduces allopathic medicine can be tappered off. For all the treatment need to know your Thyroid profile values. For stress you can take Brahmi vati 1-0-1 after food with water Ashwagandha churan 0-0-1tsp at bedtime with warm milk.

Hello. U need to send ur reports. Yes thyroid can be controlled and normalized. U need to regulate ur diet and include yoga and pranayam. Avoid Oily junk stale foods and Hotelling. Early to bed and early to rise need to be followed. To avoid relapse U need to do panchakarma detoxification under ayurvedic doctor . Take Cap Throjith (AVP) 1 cap 2 times a Day with warm water after meals. Tab Mentat (Himalaya) 2 tabs 2 times a Day

Let me explain clearly for your age and conditions. 🌿 Can Hypothyroidism be Cured?

Permanent (primary) hypothyroidism (most common type, due to autoimmune thyroiditis/thyroid damage) cannot be fully cured, because the thyroid gland cannot recover once damaged.

But it can be controlled lifelong with proper thyroid hormone replacement (Levothyroxine). With correct dose adjustment, most people live completely normal lives.

In some temporary conditions (like postpartum thyroiditis, iodine deficiency, or certain medications), hypothyroidism can sometimes be reversible — but this is less common.

⏳ Timeframe: If your hypothyroidism is permanent, you’ll need lifelong treatment. The goal is to keep your TSH in normal range, which restores energy and reduces weakness/stress. If it’s temporary, it may take 3–6 months to normalize after addressing the cause.
