Kaan mein dhadkan sunai dena ya tinnitus ek aisaa sthiti hai jo kai kaaran se ho sakta hai, aur isse stress aur anxiety bhee badhava de sakte hain. Ayurveda ke hisaab se, vata dosha ki prakopana isme zaroor sammilit hai. Vata ki imbalance awastha se stress aur fear bhi sambandhit hai. Aapko thoda relaxation aur lifestyle changes ki zaroorat ho sakta hai, aur sath mein kuch specific aahar aur upchaar ke liye koshish kar sakte hain.

Pehle, aap din mein 3-4 baar deep breathing exercises karein. Pranayam, jaise Anulom-Vilom, vata ko shant kareney mein madad karta hai. Koshish karein isse subah uthte he aur sone se pehle karein, taki din aur raat mein relaxation mile.

Aahar mein, gunavattapoorna ghrit (clarified butter) aur warm milk le. Dono hi vata ko sthir karte hain. Apne diet se spicy, caffeine aur processed food ko hataye. Badam aur munakka bhi din mein lena faydemand ho sakta hai.

Jeevan sheli mein vyayam zaroori hai par atyadhik exertion se bacchna chahiye. Walking ya yoga, jaise ki veerbhadrasana ya vrikshasana ko apnar sakte hain, jo shadhir aur mann mein santulan banaye rakhne mein madadgar rahenge.

Nasya (nasal drops) ke liye Anu taila istemaal karke, nasikamein har din 2-3 boondein ubhaye. Yeh pratikriya, vata dosh ko nasse se dur karne aur sinuses ke aasan sanshan (drainage) ke liye upyogee hain.

Agar yah laambey samay tak bnae rehta hai to psychology aur ENT specialist se milna bhi uchit rahega, kyuki kabhi-kabhi bina jaanch ke is par ant karna muskil ho sakta hai. I treat everything from chronic stuff like arthritis, IBS, eczema... to more sudden conditions that just pop up outta nowhere. I try to approach each case by digging into the *why*, not just the *what*. I mean—anyone can treat pain, but if you don’t catch the doshic imbalance or metabolic root, it just comes bak right? I use Nadi Pariksha a lot, but also other classical signs to map prakriti-vikruti, dhatu status n agni condition... you know the drill. I like making people *understand* their own health too. Doesn’t make sense to hand meds without giving them tools to prevent a relapse. My Panchakarma training’s been a core part of my work. I do Abhyanga, Swedana, Basti etc regularly—not just detox but also as restorative therapy. Actually seen cases where patients came in exhausted, foggy... and post-Shodhana, they're just lit up. That part never gets old. Also I always tie diet & lifestyle changes into treatment. It’s non-negotiable for me, bcs long-term balance needs daily changes, not just clinic visits. I like using classical formulations but I stay practical too—if someone's not ready for full-scale protocol, I try building smaller habits. I believe healing’s not just abt treating symptoms—it’s abt helping the body reset, then stay there. I’m constantly refining what I do, trying to blend timeless Ayurvedic theory with real-time practical needs of today’s patients. Doesn’t always go perfect lol, but most times we see real shifts. That’s what keeps me going.
