मैं 22 साल की महिला हूँ और मेरी त्वचा और बाल सूखे, खुरदरे, हाइपर-पिगमेंटेड और मुंहासों से ग्रस्त हैं। मेरी उम्र के हिसाब से मेरी त्वचा बहुत झुर्रियों वाली है और मेरे हाथ और पैरों की त्वचा भी बहुत खुरदरी है। मैंने देखा है कि मेरे सिर की त्वचा भी दो हफ्तों में भी तैलीय नहीं होती। मैं इन्हें अंदर से ठीक करना चाहती हूँ, लेकिन मुझे नहीं पता कैसे। मैंने अपनी डाइट से चीनी, जंक फूड, चाय, चीनी, मैदा हटा दिया है, लेकिन फिर भी मुझे कोई खास सुधार नहीं दिखा। मैं अपनी मदद कैसे कर सकती हूँ?
