Neem and curry leaves can also play a vital role. Boil neem leaves to make a rinse for your hair to cleanse the scalp and maintain a balance in your doshas. Curry leaves, rich in beta-carotene, can be included in your diet or made into a paste to apply on your hair.

Finally, monitor your diet closely. Ensure you’re consuming enough vitamins and minerals, especially iron, as deficiencies can accelerate greying. Incorporate leafy greens, nuts, seeds, and whole grains. Avoid excessive intake of caffeine, processed foods, and spicy items as these can aggravate Pitta.

Practice stress-reducing activities like Pranayama or yoga daily to support your overall wellbeing. Stress management can positively impact hair health and potentially slow down premature greying. Prioritize balanced lifestyle, adequate sleep and regular physical activity to maintain healthy hair and scalp.
