Increase the intake of Amla or Indian Gooseberry, jam-packed with vitamin C and antioxidants. You can use Amla powder as a hair mask mixed with water or aloe vera gel, leave it on for about 30 minutes before washing it off. Drinking fresh amla juice or drying amla as candy can also boost melanin production.

Achieving Pitta balance in your daily life is critical. Avoid excessively spicy or fried foods, alcohol, and smoking as they can aggravate Pitta dosha, leading to more greying. Focus on cooling foods such as cucumber, melons, and leafy greens.

Massage your scalp regularly with Bringhraj oil, known in Ayurveda for its hair-rejuvenating properties. Application of clarified butter or ghee to the scalp is another traditional remedy many swear by.

Lastly, be patient and consistent with these natural interventions. Restoring balance takes time, but these steps can support your hair health over time, eventually promoting the natural color and vibrancy of your hair. Consult a certified Ayurvedic practitioner if possible to tailor treatments further as your unique needs require close examination.
