Based on your symptoms of chronic vaginal pain, pressure, and frequent urination, I would suggest focusing on balancing the Vata and Pitta doshas, which may be aggravated due to the hysterectomy and changes in your body. Ayurvedic treatments can address these imbalances and support your recovery: Herbal Remedies: Consider using Ashoka and Shatavari as they are beneficial for female reproductive health, promoting vaginal tissue strength and soothing any discomfort. Triphala can help support urinary health and overall detoxification. Diet: Include warm, moist, and grounding foods to balance Vata. Avoid cold, dry, and spicy foods. Focus on whole grains, cooked vegetables, and healthy fats like ghee to nourish the reproductive system and alleviate dryness. Oil Massage: Abhyanga with Mahanarayan Oil or Shatavari Oil can help nourish the vaginal tissues and improve circulation, reducing discomfort. Use gentle, circular motions around the pelvic region to improve blood flow and ease tension. Yoga and Pranayama: Gentle yoga poses, particularly those that open the pelvic area (like Supta Baddha Konasana and Setu Bandhasana), along with deep pranayama (like Nadi Shodhana), can help reduce stress, alleviate pressure, and improve circulation. Lastly, frequent urination might also be linked to Vata imbalances, so staying hydrated with coconut water and avoiding caffeine or alcohol will help maintain bladder health. If symptoms persist, I recommend a personalized Ayurvedic consultation to tailor treatments based on your constitution and specific condition.
