Rectum cancer ka treatment chal raha hai na, toh ye pain management ke liye kuch ayurvedic gharelu tareeke try kar skate ho, but remember ki agar pain severe hai toh doctor se consult zaroor karna chahiye. Pain relief ke liye kuch tips share kar sakta hoon jo aapki madad kar sakte hain. Sabse pehle, castor oil pack use karne ki koshish karo. Cotton cloth pe garam castor oil apply karke usse patient ke lower abdomen pe rakh do aur uspar garam water bottle ya heating pad se heat do. Yeh procedure 15-20 minutes ke liye kar sakte ho, din mein 2 baar. Yeh vata ko shant karne mein madad karega aur pain reduce karega. Ashwagandha aur giloy jaisi herbs bhi vata dosha shaman mein madadgar hote hain. Ashwagandha churna ko half teaspoon, doodh ke saath raat ko sone se pehle le sakte hain. Yeh strength bhi increase karega. Aap triphala powder bhi use kar sakte hain. Har din rat ko ek teaspoon, garam paani ke saath lena helpful ho sakta hai digestion improve karne mein, jo overall comfort bada sakta hai. Aap haldi aur doodh ko mix karke bhi raat ko consume kar sakte ho. Haldi anti-inflammatory hoti hai, aur yeh pain ko kam karne mein madadgar ho sakta hai. Lifestyle aur diet mein baat karu toh, light aur easily digestible foods khane pe zor dein jaise khichdi, simple soups aur boiled vegetables. Tezaar foods aur fried items se avoid kare.
