I am 63 and in menopause. My breasts have noticeably shrinking. I am thinking it’s because of low estrogen. Please advise as to how I can effectively stop shrinkage.

Avoid excessive fasting, stress, and very dry foods. Regular yoga and chest exercises. —Follow-up: 4 weeks.

Ensure good sleep and stress management, as hormonal balance and tissue health depend on overall lifestyle. It is also important to remember that breast shrinkage after menopause is usually natural, and the focus should be on maintaining general health and comfort. Ayurvedic medicines sometimes used to support female tissue nourishment include: Shatavari – traditionally used to support female hormonal balance and nourishment of body tissues.
