I have been managing Type 2 diabetes, but I want to explore Ayurvedic medicine that helps in stabilizing blood sugar naturally by improving insulin sensitivity and metabolism rather than just controlling glucose levels temporarily. Ayurveda suggests that diabetes is caused by imbalances in digestion (Agni) and improper elimination of toxins (Ama).
