Area of specialization:
I am someone who really likes hands-on stuff in Ayurveda, like not just giving herbs but working directly with the body too—especially in pain cases. I do Cupping Therapy, and yeah I know it looks a bit intense but it really helps people with stiff muscles, chronic back issues, neck pain kind of things. I mix it with Ayurvedic understanding of vata imbalance but I also use some modern tweaks wherever it make sense. I also focus a lot on women’s issues—especially PCOS, irregular cycles, hormonal stuff that just don’t get better with regular treatment. Like, it's not just about giving a med for periods, I try to work on what’s disturbing the hormones in the first place. Diet change, timing, sleep rhythms, sometimes even correcting digestion... they all matter. I give space for each person’s routine instead of forcing textbook plans. Also do Agnikarma regularly—people think it’s old school or scary but actually for joint pain or frozen shoulder or sciatica, it gives fast relief when done right. I really like that it's clean, targeted and no side effects mostly. It's not a cure-all but it does wonders for some folks. Ayurveda to me isn’t stuck in past—it’s about knowing how doshas work in modern lifestyle. And I just try to connect that in a way that people understand and actually follow. Sometimes we need a little structure, sometimes just the right push in routine. That’s where I put my energy.
Achievements:
I am kinda always looking for ways to grow—clinically n otherwise too. Did CGO for better grip in gynec disorders & got certified in Cupping Therapy from Delhi which really help with pain mangement. Was vice president of NIMA student forum in Nagpur where we handled events, speaker meets etc. Took part in a RARI Ayurveda camp—that was super eye-opening. Oh n I sing too, not pro lol but it keeps me sane inbetween patient rush n long work days. Sorta like my happy brek.

I am an Ayurvedic doctor with about 3 years of hands-on experience, mainly dealing with lifestyle disorders like PCOD, weight gain, diabetes, stress, and gut stuff—like bloating or weak digestion or just that feeling something’s off. I did my BAMS coz I was really drawn toward natural healing, not just the herbs part, but how everything connects—mind, food, sleep, mood... all of it. What I really try to focus on is not just giving medicine n sending people off. I like to understand what’s behind the symptoms... like why their metabolism’s slowed down or why they keep getting acidity despite eating less. That’s where my work with diet and mindset come in. I use Ayurvedic principles, yes, but I also mix it with small practical stuff—daily routines, sleep hygiene, stress release, food planning, whatever feels doable for that person. It’s not always about detoxes or strict regimens, though sometimes that helps too. Depends, really. I’ve seen good results when people actually get that they don’t need to do huge things. Just right guidance at the right time. I try to keep things light in consultation, make people feel heard, not rushed. I genuinely like when someone says “no one explained it to me like this before” — that feels nice. My whole approach is basically trying to make health feel natural again. Nothing fancy. Just rooted in the real Ayurvedic logic and a lot of listening. And yes, there’s trial and error sometimes, every case is different. But that’s what makes it kind of real. If you're dealing with any of those everyday-but-tiring health issues, I’ll do my best to figure it out with you—not just for now, but in a way that holds up longer term.

Thanks for the advice! I appreciate the straightforward suggestion. Will definitely look into Panchakarma Therapy soon. Feel reassured to try it!
