I’ve always been underweight, but after pregnancy, my weight dropped even more, and I feel constantly weak and tired. I’m 30 years old, 5’4”, and weigh only 42 kg. No matter how much I eat, I don’t seem to gain weight. I want to gain weight naturally and in a healthy way without taking artificial supplements, so I started looking into Ayurvedic medicine for weight gain for female health. I read that Ayurveda focuses on improving digestion (Agni), balancing hormones, and nourishing the body with natural herbs. Some commonly recommended herbs for weight gain in women include Shatavari, Ashwagandha, Vidarikand, and Yashtimadhu.
