Often, it’s the drying and light qualities of Vata that play a big part in joint pain. So, the aim is to bring warmth and nourishment to balance it out.

First off, applying Mahanarayan Oil regularly can indeed help reduce stiffness. Try warming a small amount first and gently massaging it on painful areas. Do this daily after a warm bath when your skin is still damp, as it’s easier for the oil to absorb.

Ashwagandha is a powerhouse for sure! Its effects aren’t overnight though, so consistency is key. A typical recommendation is to take about 1-2 grams of ashwagandha powder daily, perhaps mixed with warm water or milk, preferably at bedtime. Give it a few weeks; many people start noticing changes after a month.
