I have recently started exercising more, and I have noticed that my quadriceps muscles tend to get sore and tight very easily. Sometimes after an intense workout or long day of walking, I feel a deep, aching pain in my thighs that takes days to go away. I started researching the quadriceps muscles, and I learned that they are the large muscles at the front of the thighs responsible for walking, running, and squatting. But what I do not understand is why some people develop tight or weak quadriceps muscles more easily than others. Could it be due to poor stretching, lack of certain nutrients, or muscle imbalances? Since I prefer natural healing methods, I want to know if Ayurveda has treatments to strengthen and heal the quadriceps muscles.
