pain in lower abdomen female - #17336
For the past few months, I’ve been dealing with pain in my lower abdomen, and I can’t figure out what’s causing it. The pain comes and goes, but some days, it’s sharp and intense, while other times, it’s just a dull, constant ache. At first, I thought it was just period cramps, but I’ve noticed that the pain is present even when I’m not on my period. I went to my doctor, and they said it could be anything from ovarian cysts, fibroids, or even digestive issues like bloating or IBS. They suggested waiting and monitoring the pain, but I don’t want to just sit and do nothing while it possibly gets worse. That’s why I started looking into Ayurveda. I read that certain herbs like Ashoka and Lodhra are beneficial for women’s reproductive health—can they help with pain in the lower abdomen in females? Also, if this pain is due to hormonal imbalance, are there specific Ayurvedic treatments that can help regulate hormones naturally? I also wonder if my diet is playing a role. Are there foods that contribute to inflammation or pain in the reproductive system? Should I avoid dairy, caffeine, or certain processed foods? I really want to find a long-term, natural solution instead of just taking painkillers whenever the pain flares up. Has anyone else experienced pain in the lower abdomen in females and successfully treated it with Ayurveda? What remedies worked for you?
