Hello,Mohammad have you checked your hormones? Especially testosterone, FSH, E2 etc and advisable to get a scrotal Doppler or USG along with semen analysis. This is important before going for any treatment.

Hi Muhammad, Can you tell me if you experience any other symptoms like fatigue, stress, or changes in diet or sleep patterns? Additionally, do you have any digestive issues or hormonal imbalances such as low libido or other related concerns? Also, how is your mental well-being—any emotional stress or anxiety that might be affecting your condition? This will help in providing a more holistic approach to your situation.

It's really rough when things don't seem to improve. Thin semen and those other concerns can be frustrating, but not hopeless. From an Ayurvedic angle, we gotta look deep - think about the dosha maybe causing this. More often, vata and sometimes pitta might be out of whack here. First off, we're gonna talk about diet 'cause it matters a lot. You should think about having warm, nourishing foods. Stuff like ghee (yep ghee, as long as you're not lactose intolerant) , almonds, walnuts, sesame seeds, milk, and cooked veggies. They kinda build up the ojas – basically what makes your body strong and your mind balanced. Stay clear of processed stuff, overly spicy or fried junk; they can mess with your doshas. Meanwhile, stress can play a huge role in how your body works. Stress kinda gets into everything, creates too much vata. Maybe try yoga or pranayama exercises, something like Nadi Shodhana. It doesn't have to be long, just consistent and connected to your breathing. And herbs! Ashwagandha and Shatavari is two of the good guys for this. They help with vata balance and support reproductive health over time. But important, consult local Ayurvedic practitioner, they can tailor doses 'cause everyone's body is different. Don't skip on checking digestion either. A healthy agni (digestive fire) makes sure nutrients are absorbed and the dhatus (tissues) including the reproductive one – shukra - get the nourishment they need. Things like ajwain water or cumin seeds post meals can aid digestion. Try applying self-abhyanga massage. Warming sesame oil can do wonders, gives that relaxing feel and smooth flow to your energy throughout. It's small, but can pack a punch for stress relief and circulation. This isn't an overnight fix – consistency and patience is key. But if your symptoms get intense or worsen, particularly that erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation, please don't hesitate to consult a doctor. Some things need immediate care, and blending Ayurveda's timeless wisdom with modern medicine sometimes gives the best results.
