Aap ke symptoms H. pylori ke baad hone wali Pitta vriddhi aur Vata ke imbalance ki nishani hain. Gastritis aur chest dard ka taluq zyadatar Amlapitta se hota hai. Antibiotics ke baad bhi agar behtari nahi ayi, to iska matlab pet ki aag kamzor ho sakti hai, jisse acidity, gas aur dard ka samna karna padta hai. Thanda doodh, saunf ka pani, aur giloy ka kadha lein.
Har roz sabz vegetables aur seasonal fruits khana faidemand hoga. Halka aur pachaak khana khayein. Fried, spicy, aur oily foods se parhez karein. Din mein 15-20 minute Anulom Vilom aur Bhramari Pranayama karein. Yeh pet aur nervous system dono ko calm karenge. Zeera, saunf aur elaichi ko pani mein ubal kar peena acha hoga. Time par khana khayein, raat ko jaldi soyein aur dheere chalna digestion ke liye acha hota hai. Agar dard aur discomfort barkarar hai, to Ayurvedic Vaidya se milkar Pitta shamak aur Vata balancing treatment lein. Is se gastritis aur chest dard dono se araam mil sakta hai.

• Fennel (Saunf) and Licorice (Mulethi) tea – Reduces acidity.
3. Foods to Avoid:
• Spicy, fried, and acidic foods (tomatoes, citrus fruits).
• Tea, coffee, and carbonated drinks.
• Processed and packaged foods.
1. Drink warm water with honey on an empty stomach – Helps with healing.
2. Avoid eating 2-3 hours before bedtime – Prevents acid reflux.
3. Practice stress management
• Amla juice – 10 mL on an empty stomach Helps heal the stomach lining.

Aapne jo endoscopy aur biopsy ki report di hai, usme mild gastritis aur surkhi aayi hai, lekin antibiotics lene ke bawajood farak nahi pada. Kya aapke paas koi aur test reports hain, jaise ke H. Pylori ki repeat test, ya koi aur diagnostic investigation? Ayurveda mein, hum digestive fire (Agni) ko sudharne par zyada focus karte hain. Aapko aloe vera, amla, aur triphala jaise herbal remedies ki salah di ja sakti hai, jo pet ke dard aur acidity ko kam karne mein madadgar ho sakte hain. Khana halka, garam aur asan pachaane wala hona chahiye, aur masale daar, khatta aur teekha khana avoid karna chahiye. Aapne apni diet ya lifestyle mein koi tabdeeliyan ki hain?

Firstly any digestion issues mainly concentrate on food that's more important as food plays 60 % in digestion issues
Diet-
Avoid spicy sour sweet oily foods, Processed foods.
Avoid tea coffee aerated juices, alcohol, smoking.
Also fruit juice better to avoid.
No late night food and no to heavy meals especially in night .
Avoid high fat contain dairy products .
Take green leafy vegetables, no raw vegetables
Can boil or steam the vegetables can be taken.
Good amount of water intake.
Avoid outside foods or water because unhygienic food also lead to H-pylori infection in stomach.
Take yogurt or jeera mixed fresh buttermilk before food in afternoon that will provide good bacteria in stomach that will heal the infection in stomach.(No buttermilk incase you have asthma)
Fruits- Papaya, little pomegranate, banana(if you are not diabetic)
Light and little food every 3-4hours once not in night try to take simple and light food.
Avoid stress and day sleep
Sleep 7-8 hours
Walk-30mins in a day
1) Madhiphala rasayana 3tsf-3tsf-3tsf with 3tsf water before food
2) laghu sootashekar ras 1-0-1 after food
Try this for 15 days u will find some relief

H Pylori ka infection aur us se jure digestive issues bohat stressfull ho sakte hain. Antibiotics ka treatment agar farak nahi la raha, toh ayurvedic approaches par bhi ek nazar daalna useful ho sakta hai. In Ayurveda, hum digestive fire yaani agni ko strengthen karke aur dosha balance karke issues ko tackle karte hain.
Sab se pehle, aapke diet ko kuch changes dena zaroori hoga. Spicy, oily aur fried foods se door rahein. Yeh agni ko zest karte hain aur gastritis ko badhate hain. Fresh fruits aur vegetables jo aapki body ko cooling effect de sakte hain jese ki cucumber, watermelon, aur pomegranate bahut beneficial hain.
Triphala, yeh ek traditional ayurvedic formulation hai, aapko night time me lukewarm water k sath le sakte hain. Ye digestion ko enhance karta hai aur toxins ko eliminate karne me madadgar hai. Saath hi, aap aloe vera juice subah empty stomach lein, kyunki yeh gastric lining ko soothe karta hai aur inflammation ko kam karta hai.
Stress ka bhi kafi bara role hota hai gastritis me. Isliye daily 10-15 minute yoga aur meditation zaroor karein, jisme deep breathing exercises shamil ho. Yeh body ko relax karenge aur mind ko calm rakhenge.
