Gynoveda is often used in Ayurveda to balance the reproductive system, reduce fibroids, and support hormonal health. While fibroids can sometimes shrink with Ayurvedic treatment, their complete resolution depends on various factors such as their size, location, and the body’s response to the herbs. Additionally, since you have normal hormone levels and a good egg reserve, the chances of conceiving are positive, but the presence of a fibroid and past tubal pregnancy may require careful monitoring. Have you undergone any imaging tests like ultrasound to track the fibroid’s progress since starting the treatment? It’s also important to rule out any scar tissue or tubal blockages from the previous pregnancy. I would suggest continuing with a supportive Ayurvedic approach, but also consulting with your gynecologist for a comprehensive fertility assessment and to ensure that the fibroid isn't affecting your uterus' ability to carry a pregnancy.

Taking Gynoveda medicine for fibroids can be part of a holistic approach in Ayurveda for managing such conditions, aiming to balance your doshas, particularly Vata and Pitta that are often related to uterine health. Whether it can completely cure the fibroid depends on various factors like your overall constitution or Prakriti, lifestyle, diet, and the severity of the fibroid itself, being a 2.7cm x 2.1cm indentation fibroid. Ayurvedic treatments can help in shrinking it potentially, but I would not promise complete cure, it's complex and differs for each individual.
Regarding your history of tubal pregnancy, the possibility of recurrence exists, however, your good hormonal profile and egg reserve are promising indicators of your fertility health. It's important to regularly monitor your reproductive health and consider consulting with your gynecologist, especially when planning to conceive. A medical professional can provide a more detailed evaluation and recommend safer pathways toward pregnancy.
The steps you can take along with your current treatment include nurturing your Agnior digestive fire—consider incorporating warm, cooked foods that are easy to digest, using spices like turmeric and ginger to support metabolic function. Minimizing intake of foods that increase Ama, or toxins, such as cold or processed foods, is advisable. Staying hydrated with warm water or herbal teas can also support cleansing.
From a lifestyle perspective keep active with light, regular exercise like yoga or walking—these help in maintaining a balanced Vata. Practicing meditation helps in managing stress, which affects hormonal balance too.
Before you take any significant steps towards conceiving, a thorough evaluation by an obstetrician alongside continued Ayurvedic support may offer the best route—always remain open to integrating both approaches for well-rounded care. And consulting your healthcare providers is always a step you shouldn't skip, especially with your history.
