Hi I m deepak Age 33 Weight 54 but I want to gain weight by ayurvedic jadi buti, I work in nigh. I eat but not gaining.

Hello Deepak ji Thank you for your question I understand that you want to gain your weight jaldi especially when you are eating but not gaining weight IMPORTANT Weight gain is just not about eating more It is about proper digestion, absorption and proper tissue formation AYURVEDIC TREATMENT PLAN INTERNAL MEDICATION 1.Ashwagandha lehyam 1 tsp morning empty stomach followed by warm milk 2.Shatavari kalpa 1 tsp with warm milk twice daily 3.Kushmand rasayana 1 tsp at bed time followed by warm water If your digestion is weak Avipathikara churna1/2 tsp before lunch and dinner DIET FOR HEALTHY WEIGHT GAIN Since your meals are irregular Correcting timing is most important - Eat every 3-4 hours -✅Include - warm milk with dates - Ghee - moong dal khichadi - paneer -Soaked almonds - Rice and dal regularly ❌Avoid -Skipping meals -Excess tea or coffee - Dry packaged food Lifestyle CHANGES As you work at night - Fix atleast one proper main meal daily - Sleep 6-7 hours continuously - light strength exercise 3-4 times weekly to build muscles PANCHAKARMA Not much needed now But if vata is high due to night shift you can go for Mridu Abhynga EXPECTED TIME Healthy weight gain requires atleast a 45 days to 60 days Gradual increase of 2-4 kgs in 3 months is realistic Wishing you a good health😊 Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

avoid spicy food take satavri churna 10 gm 2 times with milk take ashwagandha churna 5 gm 2 times with water do nasya with cow ghee 2 drop each nostril tab livtone 2-0-2
