Doctors' responses

–You’re going through normal menopausal changes, which can cause sleep problems, mood swings, dry skin, hair thinning, constipation, and joint stiffness. Your autoimmune condition may also contribute to fatigue, bloating, and joint pain. Very dry palms and persistent symptoms suggest we should check your thyroid, vitamin levels, and inflammation. – so go for these investigations first - thyroid profile -vt.b12, vt.D - cbc —Treatment: Internal medicines: 1)Ashwagandha 3 g + Shatavari 3 g with warm milk at night 2)Triphala 1 tsp with warm water at bedtime 3)Hingwastak ½ tsp after meals for digestion and bloating. -----External therapies: Daily Abhyanga (oil massage) with sesame or medicated oil; Mahanarayan oil massage for joints ----Diet & lifestyle: Warm, cooked meals; include ghee, nuts, and adequate hydration; avoid cold, dry, and processed foods -regular gentle exercise and proper sleep. ---- review after 21 days
