Seeking Relief for Persistent Muscle Pain in Leg - #51082

I have muslce pain on left side. The epicentre is mid of leg below knee. I have used Black Till oil and Gautheralia but the pain has not subsidised. I have hot bag and even ice pack. Will Mahanarayan Oil will help this ppain which is for a long time. Indicate the number of time Mahabaraya oil to be applied and alos how long this process to eb followed. If there is any bertter treatment is required please indicate. Mya age is 87 years and on tables and Insulan Aspara

Don’t worry Avoid addiction if any. Avoid sour, fermented and processed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Use boiled water for drinking. Ashwagandharishta 20ml twice after meal with lukewarm water. Sallaki liniment for local application. Follow up after 2 weeks.
