Your low AMH level (0.10) indicates a diminished ovarian reserve, which can make natural conception challenging, especially in the context of endometrosis. In Ayurveda, endometrosis is often seen as an imbalance of the reproductive tissues (Shukra Dhatu) and a disturbance in the flow of energy (Ojas) due to aggravated Vata and Pitta. While natural conception might be difficult under these circumstances, an integrative Ayurvedic approach may help optimize your reproductive health and improve overall hormonal balance,if interested u can guide you related to treatment along with that lifestyle modifications and some exercises and asanas
Getting pregnant naturally with diminished ovarian reserve, indicated by a low Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) level of 0.10 ng/mL, and the presence of endometriosis can be challenging, but it is not impossble. It’s important to address both the endometriosis and your general reproductive health through a balanced approach integrating Ayurveda with conventional medical treatments.
Firstly, according to Ayurvedic principles, balancing the doshas is crucial. Endometriosis often involves an imbalance in the Vata dosha, which governs movement within the body, including blood circulation. To pacify Vata, incorporate warm, grounding foods such as cooked vegetables, soups, and whole grains. Favor sweet, salty, and sour tastes while minimizing spicy and astringent foods. Try warm oil massages (Abhyanga) using sesame or castor oil to help support Vata balance.
Additionally, Agni, or digestive fire, should be kept strong. Consume easily digestible foods and avoid cold, raw foods which can dampen digestion. You may use Ayurvedic herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari which are known to nourish the reproductive tissues (Artava dhatu) and enhance fertility. Consult with a professional Ayurvedic practitioner before starting any herbal regimen, as these should be tailored to your specific constitution (prakriti).
Given your menstrual spotting pattern, it appears that a healthy cycle is not fully established. Regular pratice of gentle yoga and pranayama (breathing exercises) can help manage stress and promote circulation to the pelvic region.
From a modern perspective, consider working closely with a fertility specialist. They might recommend assisted reproductive technologies (ART) given your circumstances. Time is often a factor with low AMH, thus earlier intervention can be helpful.
Ultimately, while Ayurveda provides supportive care, don’t delay or substitute its use for necessary medical evaluation and therapy. Consulting with both a gynecologist and an Ayurvedic specialist can offer a comprehensive approach to support your reproductive health journey.
