Hello dear… How much is your weight ???
First see your digestive fire means stool output… If your digestion capacity is reduced then you cant gain weight till you correct it…
If its hereditary means if your mom or dad were thin then it will be carried… As age passes you will change…
1) Madiphala rasayana… 10 ml 2 times before food
2) Ashwagandha granules… Have sleep correctly… If you have disturbed sleep let Mw know 👍

To gain weight and build strength, especially as a class 12th student with potentially a busy schedule, it’s important to focus on both diet and lifestyle in a way that complements your natural constitution, or prakriti. Based on Ayurvedic principles, here’s some tailored guidance to help you.
Firstly, identify your dosha type—Vata, Pitta, or Kapha. You might be leaning towards a Vata dominance if you’re naturally thin, prone to losing weight easily. To balance Vata, favor warm, moist, and grounding foods. Start your day with a glass of warm water mixed with a teaspoon of ghee (clarified butter). It’s soothing to the digestive fire, or agni, and encourages absorption.
For your meals, aim for three well-rounded meals a day with emphasis on calorie-dense, nourishing foods. Breakfast can include cooked cereals like oatmeal with milk and nuts. Opt for whole grains and root vegetables for lunch, curd can be introduced here for it’s softening effect on digestion. Dinner might include rice or quinoa with dal (lentils) and lightly seasoned vegetables. Always try to eat at the same times each day as routine is key in Ayurveda for stabilizing your body’s rhythms.
Snack smartly with handfuls of nuts and dried fruits, such as almonds, walnuts, and raisins, which help in building ojas—your body’s vitality reserve. A glass of fresh fruit juice or a banana milkshake in the evening can be beneficial too.
While focusing on diet, don’t forget lifestyle adjustments. Prioritize regular sleep patterns, as adequate rest aids in tissue building (dhatus). Gentle yoga or a light exercise routine helps maintain balance, ensuring proper energy use without further weight loss.
Avoid skipping meals, cold or raw foods, and highly spicy or processed junk foods as these can aggravate Vata. Hydrate well but not excessively at meal times.
Lastly, remeber to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner or healthcare provider to ensure these recommendations suit your individual needs, especially if underlying issues are suspected.
