Don't worry about your weight. Gradually you will gain it. Eat balanced diet. High protein diet. Don't take on the counter protein supplements used in gyms. Eat small quantities with frequent intervals.

To gain weight in a healthy manner, especially when dealing with unpredictable morning appetite, you can align your eating habits with Ayurvedic principles. According to Ayurveda, gaining weight is often related to balancing your agni (digestive fire) and nourishing all seven dhatus (tissues). You can start by focusing on increasing the kapha dosha in your diet, as kapha is associated with growth and nourishment. Try consuming warm, hearty, and oily foods. For breakfast, even if you don't feel great hunger, go for a light but nourishing option like a glass of warm almond milk with a teaspoon of ghee (clarified butter) and honey which help boost energy. If digestion is slow, incorporate a pinch of ginger or fennel seeds to enhance digestion. Try to follow a schedule for meals, consistency informs the body when to start "getting hungry." Eating every 3-4 hours small to moderate sized meals can provide continuity in nutrient supply and help the body gain weight gradually. Add plenty of healthy fats and proteins to your diet, foods like avocados, nuts, seeds, and full-fat dairy products can be valuable. You could include kitchari - a nourishing mix of rice and lentils with spices like cumin and turmeric, in your lunch or dinner menu. Remember to nourish your mind too! Stress-reducing routines like yoga or meditation can improve digestion and nutrient absorption, indirectly aiding weight gain. Add to your regime simple strength training or yoga to complement your body mass gain goal. It's best to stay clear of processed, fast foods which may increase weight but not in a balanced way. Lastly, as your condition leans towards requiring specific dietary adjustments and balance, seeking guidance from a local certified Ayurvedic practitioner can provide a personalized plan fitting your unique prakriti (constitution) perfectly.
