Having an excessive amount of saliva, a condition known as hypersalivation or sialorrhea, can be quite uncomfortable. In Ayurveda, it’s important to identify the underlying causes, which often relate to imbalances in the body’s doshas. Your description suggests a potential imbalance in the Kapha dosha, which governs fluids and structure in the body, alongside imbalances related to Vata, which might contribute to issues like a shrunken penis and blocked ear, connecting to the downward flow of energy in the body known as Apana Vata.

For hypersalivation, I would recommend starting with dietary adjustments. Avoid overly sweet, sour, and salty foods, as these can exacerbate Kapha. Emphasize light, warm, and dry foods like roasted grains, barley, and legumes, and consider ginger or cinnamon tea to help balance digestion. Try taking 1/4 teaspoon of trikatu churna with honey before meals to help enhance agni (digestive fire) and regulate secretions.

Regarding diabetes leading to decreased sexual function and penile changes, this seems like a complicated Vata condition. Focus on strengthening your Ojas, the essence of vitality and immunity. Ashwagandha and Shatavari are two rasayanas that can help, supporting hormonal balance and sexual vitality. Aim to integrate warm cooked foods, consume ghee, and consider including black sesame seeds in your diet to nourish reproductive tissues. Daily consumption of 1 teaspoon triphala before bedtime might support overall digestion and detox.

The blocked ear could be connected to a Kapha imbalance. Regularly applying warm sesame oil or garlic oil in the ear (2 drops) may help, but consult an ENT specialist to rule out any structural issues.

Finally, considering your diabetes, it would be ideal to have a professional holistic and medical evaluation. Having an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner work alongside your healthcare providers will enhance outcomes and care. Always make sure your blood sugar levels stay well-managed with any regimen to prevent complications.
